Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, or policies.
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate department or person when required.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve issues effectively.
  • Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures.
  • Update databases and prepare call-related reports when necessary.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, or follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Intermediate (Bachelor's preferred).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Urdu preferred).
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM software).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role will be an advantage.
