Job Title: Administrative Security Head

Location: Onsite – DHA, Multan

Job Purpose:

The Administrative Security Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing security operations across assigned properties. This role ensures proper scheduling of guards, continuous monitoring, and effective communication to maintain safety and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage security guard schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
  • Conduct regular monitoring and check-ins with guards through calls and site visits.
  • Implement effective check and balance mechanisms to ensure discipline and accountability.
  • Oversee guards posted at different properties and ensure they follow company policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of guard duty, attendance, and performance.
  • Coordinate with management to address security concerns and incidents promptly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in security administration/management.
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in using a laptop for reports, scheduling, and monitoring tools (must have own laptop).
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and ensure compliance with company standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Rs Rs800.00 per hour

  • Multan Gpo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
