Role Description

We are seeking proactive and dynamic Sales Agents to join our team in Lahore (on-site) for a full-time position in the GMB division. The Sales Agents will be responsible for engaging potential clients, identifying business needs, providing customized communication solutions, and efficiently closing sales. Key duties include developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and staying informed on industry advancements to meet client needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain effective client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies to meet targets and drive business growth.
  • Experience in Insurance and the ability to understand relevant industry-specific requirements.
  • Capability to effectively participate in Training programs to enhance professional skills and performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and CRM tools.
  • Previous experience in sales or business communication roles is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
