Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Agent located on-site in Lahore. The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, providing excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining detailed records of sales activities. The Sales Agent will also be responsible for staying informed about industry trends and products, and participating in ongoing training to enhance sales skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Sales and Insurance
  • Experience in providing Training and guidance to new team members
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
