About the Role:

Travels Hook is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Agent to join our call center team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, promote our travel services, and assist customers with their journey planning. Prior travel industry experience will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
  • Promote and sell Umrah, Hajj, flight tickets, and tour packages.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and sales skills.
  • Previous call center or travel industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to work during USA business hours.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
  • Target-driven and customer-focused personality.
