Job Description: Outbound Call Center Agent

Position Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Outbound Call Center Agents to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential or existing customers, promoting products or services, generating leads, and ensuring excellent customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers for sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer feedback.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets.
  • Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints professionally.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
  • Prior call center or sales experience is a plus, but not always required.
  • Ability to work in shifts and meet performance goals.

Skills Needed:

  • Excellent spoken language (English/Urdu or as required).
  • Confidence in handling customer interactions.
  • Patience, active listening, and problem-solving attitude.

Night shift

Timing : 6pm To 3am

Location: Johar Town , Lahore

Salary : 35000 to 40000
