We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing user-friendly, visually appealing, and intuitive digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Your work will ensure that our products are not only beautiful but also highly functional and easy to use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Design user interfaces with a focus on usability, accessibility, and responsive layouts.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns.
  • Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and emerging tools.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (web and/or mobile).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
  • Knowledge of usability testing and user research methodologies.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end frameworks (a plus).
