Ignixtech is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing product team

About the Role

We're seeking a designer with a strong eye for aesthetics and usability, experienced in crafting intuitive user experiences and modern interfaces. You'll be responsible for transforming complex ideas into clean, responsive, and engaging designs. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating impactful digital experiences and continuously exploring design best practices.

What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver engaging UI/UX solutions across web and mobile platforms.
  • Conduct UX research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems for consistent product experiences.
  • Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and user-friendly across devices.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to bring designs to life.
  • Translate business requirements and user insights into effective design solutions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and emerging design practices.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
  • Solid experience in UX research and usability testing methods.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
  • Ability to create and manage design systems and style guides.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team environment.

Nice to Have

  • UX/UI Design Certification (Google, Nielsen Norman, or equivalent).
  • Microsoft Certified: Designing and Implementing Enterprise-Scale UX.
  • Familiarity with motion design or basic prototyping tools (After Effects, Principle, Framer).
