to join our technology team and contribute to our mission of enhancing healthcare delivery through innovation.
Job Responsibilities
- Customize, develop, and maintain
ERPNext modules
to support hospital operations including finance, HR, procurement, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, and inventory. - Integrate
ERPNext
with other hospital systems such as
Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
,
Radiology (PACS/DICOM)
, and
Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
. - Develop and manage
custom Doctypes, scripts, reports, and dashboards
tailored to departmental workflows. - Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver scalable ERPNext solutions.
- Manage
data migrations, backups, and system performance optimization
. - Implement role-based permissions and maintain system security and compliance.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform upgrades, and ensure version control via Git or similar tools.
- Document all customizations and maintain best practices in ERPNext development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
. - 2+ years of hands-on experience
with ERPNext or the Frappe Framework. - Strong proficiency in
Python, JavaScript, Jinja, MariaDB/MySQL
, and
REST APIs
. - Experience with
custom app development
and
integration of third-party APIs
. - Familiarity with
Linux environments
,
Git
, and
Docker
(preferred). - Understanding of
healthcare workflows
or previous experience in hospital/clinic automation will be an advantage. (preferred) - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
