Role Description

You will run our complete marketing operations, from lead generation and automation to property

campaigns and sales support. This role combines hands-on marketing execution with setting up

automation and managing real estate operational tasks.

What You will Do

Marketing Operations

  • Build and manage automated lead funnels from first contact through deal closure
  • Set up CRM workflows for lead nurturing, follow-ups, and client communication
  • Create and run campaigns for off-plan and secondary properties
  • Handle property promotions, digital ads, and social media across all channels
  • Develop marketing strategies based on Dubai market trends and buyer behavior

Lead & Sales Automation

  • Configure automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) for lead management
  • Track and optimize marketing funnels using Google Analytics and CRM reports
  • Automate client communications across email, WhatsApp, and social platforms
  • Score and qualify leads to improve conversion rates
  • Generate reports on campaign performance and lead quality

Real Estate Operations Support

  • Coordinate between marketing, sales, and operations teams
  • Help with sales closures and transaction-related marketing materials
  • Stay updated on RERA regulations and UAE real estate requirements

What We Need

Experience & Knowledge

  • 3-4 years in real estate marketing (Dubai experience required)
  • Solid understanding of the Dubai property market—both off-plan and secondary
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of UAE real estate laws, RERA compliance, and documentation
  • Track record of running successful lead generation campaigns

Technical Skills

  • CRM systems (Bitrix24, Salesforce, Custom CRM)
  • Marketing automation software (Marketo, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
  • Google Analytics and digital advertising platforms
  • Property portals (PropertyFinder, Bayut, Dubizzle)
  • Basic understanding of AI tools and virtual tour technology
