Another upcoming project, TS Square, features 200,000 sq ft of developed area with 100 luxury apartments in Karachi. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at IBRAYA Developers, located in Lahore. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales efforts, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, negotiating deals, managing customer inquiries, coordinating with the marketing team, and preparing sales reports. The role requires a proactive approach to driving sales and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management within the real estate industry
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with the Lahore real estate market is a plus
