Position: Front Desk & Bookings Executive

Location: DHA 2 Islamabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are a premium EMS Fitness Studio present in all major cities of Pakistan, dedicated to transforming lives through innovative fitness technology, personalized training, and exceptional client experiences. We are seeking a dynamic and professional female Front Desk & Bookings Executive to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome clients and visitors with a warm, professional attitude.

Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and walk-ins.

Handle class/session bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.

Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy in booking systems.

Provide information about EMS training, membership packages, and promotions.

Coordinate with trainers and management for smooth scheduling.

Ensure reception and studio area is tidy and presentable at all times.

Assist in client follow-ups, reminders, and customer service queries.

Support studio events, marketing campaigns, and membership drives when needed.

Requirements:

Female candidate with pleasant personality and strong communication skills.

Minimum Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).

Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or fitness industry is an advantage.

Proficient in MS Office and booking software.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Professional grooming and punctuality.
