Job Overview:

We are looking for a Training & Development Specialist to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA), designing and delivering impactful training programs, and supporting the continuous professional development of our employees, particularly in sales and real estate functions.

Key Responsibilities:


• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and training requirements, especially for sales and real estate teams.


• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on sales techniques, real estate knowledge, customer handling, and professional development.


• Develop and update training materials, presentations, and manuals tailored to business needs.


• Facilitate interactive training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs for employees at various levels.


• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, employee feedback, and performance tracking.


• Work closely with department heads and sales managers to ensure training aligns with business goals and sales strategies.


• Maintain and manage training records, reports, and compliance documentation.


• Stay updated with industry trends and introduce innovative learning methods to enhance training effectiveness.


• Support new hire onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition into the company.


• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to enhance employee performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-3 years of professional training experience, preferably in real estate or sales training.

Strong knowledge of TNA, instructional design, and training methodologies.

Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.

Experience in training sales teams and enhancing their selling techniques.

Ability to measure and analyze training effectiveness and ROI.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
