Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Officer located in Lahore. The Training Officer will be responsible for designing and conducting training programs, developing training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions. Additional tasks include coordinating employee training, facilitating workshops, and ensuring all team members meet proficiency standards. The Training Officer will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and implement development plans.
