Core CompetenciesBuild strong customer relationships & identify deep sales opportunities with all customers.Prepare and send timely quotations to customers, handle freight-related queries, with follow-up & negotiation to secure business.Support sales coordination and meeting arrangements.Handle freight-related queries, with follow-up & negotiation to secure business with close coordination with pricing.Generate business from sales leads provided by Product heads, TLMs and IV Heads.Provide daily CRM updates to the Sales manager.Prepare weekly/monthly performance and management reports and daily Quote Logger report.Share complete instructions/ SOP to operations, customer service for handling shipments.Collaborate with the team on product and trade lane development.Requirements:The candidate should be a graduate with 2+ years of experience in a similar role.Excellent Analytical, interpersonal and Communication Skills.Ability to work under pressure and a good team player.Proficient in MS office.
