We are looking for a blockchain developer. As a Blockchain Developer, you will be pivotal in designing, developing, and implementing blockchain solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create secure, scalable, and efficient blockchain applications. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts and blockchain solutions using Rust and Solidity.
  • Lead architectural design and integration of blockchain protocols across different platforms, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
  • Develop and manage DID and private blockchain solutions.
  • Drive the development of decentralized applications (dApps) to ensure secure, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to create seamless user experiences.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
  • Troubleshoot and debug blockchain-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years focused on blockchain development.
  • In-depth experience with Polygon, Cosmos SDK, Hyperledger Indy & Aries.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Rust, and JavaScript.
  • In-depth understanding of blockchain architecture, cryptography, and security principles.
  • Experience with blockchain frameworks and platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Corda.
  • Strong knowledge of smart contract development and deployment.
  • Good experience in interacting with databases (MySQL, MongoDB)
  • Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) and non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Plus Points

  • Knowledge of traditional finance systems and integration with blockchain technology.
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
