Role Description

The Senior Psychologist will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, providing counseling and therapy, creating personalized mental health plans, and addressing a range of emotional and behavioral concerns. The role involves working closely with clients to ensure effective mental health care delivery and contributing to SehatYab's mission of improving psychological well-being.

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of professional experience
• Expertise in Psychology and Mental Health, including proficiency in therapeutic practices and understanding human behavior
• Strong skills in Counseling and Psychological Assessment to support individualized care and treatment plans
• Knowledge of Medicine as it relates to mental health and the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively
• M.Phil or PhD in Clinical Psychology
• Experience working in a clinical or organizational setting is preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical practices in mental health care
