Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Senior Psychologist (PhD) role. The responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, delivering counseling sessions, supporting mental health treatments, and developing tailored plans for clients. The Senior Psychologist will work closely with a diverse client base, offering therapy and guidance while maintaining a compassionate and client-centric approach. Additionally, the role involves contributing to SehatYab's mission by participating in awareness campaigns and supporting clinical research initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience is mandatory.
  • Expertise in Psychology and Mental Health, encompassing emotional, behavioral, and psychological support.
  • Proficiency in Counseling and Psychological Assessments, including designing tailored intervention plans.
  • Knowledge of medical practices relevant to mental health and understanding of psychological conditions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on empathy and client confidentiality.
  • PhD in Psychology or a related field is required, along with relevant certification or licensure.
  • Experience in digital mental health services or tele-psychology is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology for remote consultations and support services.
