Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Assistant Sales Manager with a passion for Solar energy and a strong understanding of sales strategies. The candidate must have at least one year of experience in a sales or business development role. You will assist the Sales Manager in generating leads, closing deals, managing client relationships, and achieving monthly targets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Manager in executing sales plans and achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Visit clients, conduct product presentations, and promote solar energy solutions.
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Will conduct Site surveys
  • Educate clients on solar systems (on-grid, off-grid, hybrid) and propose customized solutions.
  • Manage customer relationships, follow up on quotations, and ensure timely deal closures.
  • Coordinate with technical and installation teams for site surveys and project execution.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (B-C), preferably in the solar, electrical, or engineering sector.
  • Knowledge of solar products including panels, inverters, batteries, and net metering.
  • Must hold an Engineering Degree (Elec/Mech/E&E)
  • Should know how to use SketchUp/ Helioscope
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team-focused.
  • Basic understanding of MS Office and reporting tools.
  • Must possess a valid motorcycle license.
