Job Description:
Business Development
- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the
hardware infrastructure domain
, focusing on
HP, Dell, and Fujitsu server and tape library solutions
, as well as
Hardware SLA (Service Level Agreement)
offerings. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and drive revenue growth across enterprise and mid-market segments.
- Conduct comprehensive
market research and competitive analysis
to stay informed on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor activities within the hardware ecosystem. - Collaborate with OEM partners (HP, Dell, and Fujitsu) to align go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and promotional initiatives for maximum market impact.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their evolving
IT infrastructure needs
and delivering customized HP, Dell, and Fujitsu hardware solutions. - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring alignment between their business objectives and the proposed technology infrastructure.
- Coordinate closely with internal
technical, pre-sales, and post-sales teams
to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. - Maintain consistent communication with clients to provide updates, address issues, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling complementary products and services.
- Ensure adherence to
Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
and monitor client satisfaction metrics to continuously improve service delivery standards.
Sales Strategy
- Develop and implement
comprehensive sales strategies
to drive business growth across
HP, Dell, and Fujitsu
server, storage, and tape library product lines. - Align sales objectives with organizational goals, focusing on expanding market share and strengthening brand presence in enterprise and SMB sectors.
- Leverage
solution-based selling
approaches to identify customer pain points and deliver value-driven hardware and service offerings, including customized
Hardware SLA
packages. - Collaborate with OEM partners and distributors to optimize
pricing structures, channel programs, and promotional campaigns
, ensuring competitive advantage. - Utilize
data-driven insights and CRM tools
to monitor performance, forecast sales trends, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client portfolios. - Conduct
strategic account planning
to target high-value clients and develop long-term partnerships that enhance recurring revenue streams.
Product Knowledge
- Possess in-depth technical and commercial expertise in
HP, Dell, and Fujitsu server technologies
, including rack, tower, and blade server architectures. - Maintain thorough understanding of
enterprise storage solutions
, such as SAN, NAS, and tape libraries, ensuring the ability to recommend the right configuration for diverse business requirements. - Stay current with evolving
hardware innovations
, firmware updates, and product life cycles from HP, Dell, and Fujitsu to provide accurate, future-ready recommendations to clients. - Demonstrate a strong grasp of
hardware integration, virtualization compatibility
, and
data center infrastructure optimization
for end-to-end client solutions. - Provide clients with clear comparisons and ROI analyses between different server models and configurations, highlighting performance, scalability, and reliability advantages.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex technical specifications into
business-focused solutions
