Position: Front Desk Officer - HR (Female)
Qualification: Bachelor (Intermediate wont be preferably)
Experience: 1-2 years preferably
Skills: Excellent Communication
Timings: 10AM-7PM (Morning Shift)
Location: Main University Road, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block-13, Karachi.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the reception area, greeting visitors, answering phones, handling inquiries, and directing clients/guests to appropriate personnel or departments.
Managing Phone Calls: Answering, screening, and directing phone calls.
Handling Inquiries: Responding to customer inquiries, providing information, and assisting with their needs.
Directing Visitors: Guiding guests to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Administrative Support: Performing tasks like scheduling appointments, managing mail, and maintaining office supplies.
They support the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
Assisting with recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Maintaining and updating employee databases, including new hire onboarding, terminations, and other personnel information
