About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified First Aid Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first aid treatment, maintaining medical supplies, ensuring workplace health and safety compliance, and promoting a safe working environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide immediate first aid assistance to employees in case of illness, injury, or accidents.
  • Maintain and monitor first aid kits, equipment, and supplies.
  • Record and report all first aid treatments and incidents accurately.
  • Assist in developing and implementing workplace health and safety policies.
  • Conduct regular health and safety awareness sessions for staff.
  • Liaise with external healthcare providers when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Certified in First Aid and CPR (recognized certification).
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergencies.
