Sr. Officer/Manager- Premises

Position Objective:
Assist Unit Head GSD in End-to-end management of bank properties construction, repair and
maintenance works, including renovation & relocation of premises as per approved budgets and plans within the timelines.
Functional Responsibilities:
To actively participate and assist the line manager in the annual planning exercise for network
expansion, renovations & relocations, etc.
To oversee end-to-end management of the assigned processes including site plans, coordination
with outside agencies.
To coordinate with relevant stakeholders / committees for timely approvals of the budgeted /
planned initiatives for respective functions within domain, and ensure that all the activities are in
line with Bank & policies, approved procedures and authorized budgetary limits.
To ensure countrywide administration as planned whilst also ensuring compliance to policies,
procedures and regulatory requirements.
To ensure operational activities involved in assigned processes including healthy coordination
with stake holders for expected level of service delivery, timely processing of expenses / billing,
and proper maintenance of audit trails are taken care of.
To ensure healthy professional relationship with business customers, vendors, government
organizations.
Experience: 1.5 year to 2 years
Education: Diploma Holder or B.E in Civil Engineering
