Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic 
Sales Executive
 to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales across Legno Home's product lines, engaging with clients, and ensuring a seamless sales process from lead generation to closure. This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of interior solutions, and a passion for building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with 
    architects, interior designers, contractors, and end clients
    .
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
    .
  • 2–4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in 
    interiors, kitchens, wardrobes, or furniture industries
    .
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand technical product details and explain them to clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Fluency in 
    English and Urdu
     (written and spoken).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
