  • Drive on-time delivery performance and reduce failed deliveries and returns.
  • Lead and manage delivery teams, supervisors, and 3PL partners.
  • Optimize routes, fleet utilization, and delivery associate productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement cost-saving initiatives.
