We are a growing Developers Company in Real Estate World with Projects of properties across Zee Garden Faisalabad. Our goal is to provide a high-quality, experience in real estate while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all sites. We are seeking an experienced candidate having dynamic experience in Sale & Marketing Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet company goals.

* Actively pursue sales leads and work to achieve monthly targets.

* Collaborate with senior management to set goals and growth plans.

* Customer and relationship management Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.

* Engage with customers, provide assistance, and handle inquiries.

* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.

* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and analyze trends.

* Gather and analyze consumer behavior data.

* Create brand awareness through social media and other platforms.

* Analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

* Prepare regular sales forecasting and performance reports.

* Monitor competitor activities and market conditions.

* Collaboration and coordination work with other departments, such as media and design, to create marketing materials.

* Coordinate and organize promotional events and conferences.

* Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.

* Experience with microsoft office, Suite (Word,Excel,PowerPoint) and real estate customer relationship management (CRM) is benefical.

Qualification:

* BA or Equivalent Degree

* Minimium 05 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
