Position Title: Engine Technician

Location: Thar Site

Department: Maintenance

Reports to: Officer Maintenance

Job Purpose:

Responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel-powered engines, vehicles, and equipment to ensure reliable operations and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot diesel engines and related components.
  • Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on engines, cooling, fueling, and air intake systems.
  • Conduct routine maintenance (oil changes, filters, fluids) as per schedule.
  • Maintain accurate service and repair records with timely reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with operations team to address concerns and improve equipment reliability.

Qualifications:

  • DAE (Mechanical) or equivalent vocational certification.
  • 3+ years of experience as Diesel/Engine Technician.
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems & diagnostic tools.
  • Hands-on expertise in engine repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs130,000.00 per month
