We are seeking a skilled Hardware Technician with strong experience in networking, surveillance systems, and CCTV installation/maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of IT hardware, security systems, and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware equipment (PCs, servers, printers, peripherals).
  • Setup, monitor, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, and surveillance systems.
  • Perform regular maintenance and testing of network devices (routers, switches, access points, cabling).
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, networking, and system connectivity issues.
  • Ensure security surveillance systems are operational and meet compliance standards.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to end-users.
  • Document hardware issues, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with IT team to upgrade systems and improve infrastructure efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Hardware Technician / IT Support Engineer.
  • Hands-on expertise in CCTV, surveillance systems, and networking equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, IP configuration, cabling, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, servers, and basic networking protocols.
  • Ability to diagnose hardware/software faults quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Relevant diploma/degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
