Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Faisalabad for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with clients, explaining and selling insurance products, and providing customer service. Daily tasks will include meeting with potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, providing quotations, and processing insurance applications. The Sales Associate will also maintain client records and follow up on leads to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems
  • High organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in insurance or sales is a plus
  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude
