Our office is located in Bahria Town Civic Centre Phase 4 Rawalpindi.

We are looking for a Data Scientist / Data Analyst who loves turning data into meaningful business insights. You'll work with large datasets from multiple sources to uncover trends, optimize sales performance, and enhance operational efficiency.

Your insights will directly support leadership, drive sales productivity, and help shape company's growth roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage interactive dashboards (Power BI / Looker / Redash) for business, sales, and logistics KPIs.

Analyze GMV trends, customer behavior, retailer retention, and route efficiency to guide growth decisions.

Design and maintain data models, pipelines, and reporting structures that integrate sales, CRM, and financial systems.

Support forecasting models for sales, inventory, and route optimization.

Collaborate with product and operations teams to identify data-driven opportunities and performance gaps.

Build clear, insightful reports and present findings to cross-functional teams and leadership.

Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across internal systems.

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

2–5 years of professional experience in data analytics, BI, or data science (preferably in FMCG, logistics, or e-commerce).

Must have good experience in Retailo, Jugnu or Bazaar.

Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Excel, and familiarity with Python (Pandas/Numpy).

Deep understanding of business metrics — sales, finance, and operational KPIs.

Hands-on experience with data visualization, forecasting, and DAX modeling.

Excellent analytical thinking and ability to communicate complex insights simply and clearly.

Strong attention to detail and design sense for professional dashboards and reports.
