Data Analyst
to help drive data-backed marketing and growth strategies for our VPN-based applications.

Position Overview

We are looking for a
Data Analyst
to support the
Product and Marketing teams
with actionable insights that drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in app analytics, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to user acquisition, behavior, and retention across VPN-based apps.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify key growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Marketing teams to develop
    data-driven strategies
    for user engagement and conversion.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Google Data Studio, Power BI, etc.) for real-time performance tracking.
  • Perform
    A/B testing
    and cohort analysis to guide feature and marketing decisions.
  • Work with data from app stores, analytics tools (Firebase, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, etc.), and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
  • Provide regular insights on app performance metrics such as
    DAU/MAU, retention, churn, LTV, and ROI
    .
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for optimization in marketing spend and user funnels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics
    , or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in
    data analytics
    , preferably within the
    mobile app
    or
    digital product
    industry.
  • Strong proficiency in
    SQL, Excel, Google Sheets
    , and data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Hands-on experience with analytics platforms such as
    Firebase, Appsflyer, Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel
    , or similar.
  • Understanding of
    digital marketing metrics
    , funnels, and attribution models.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with
    VPN or utility-based apps
    .
  • Knowledge of
    Python or R
    for data cleaning and automation.
  • Understanding of
    ASO, user acquisition channels
    , and marketing campaign performance tracking.
