Position Overview:

Topdot is seeking a competent and motivated HR Intern to join its Human Resources Department. The selected candidate will assist in the execution of HR functions including recruitment, documentation, employee engagement, and internal communication. This position provides valuable exposure to HR operations within a structured, fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
  • Support the onboarding and orientation of new hires and maintain employee records in both physical and digital formats.
  • Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining HR reports, attendance records, and appraisal data.
  • Prepare and manage HR documentation, letters, and related correspondence.
  • Maintain and update data using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications (Sheets, Forms, Docs).
  • Coordinate HR-related social media communications, including internship announcements, employee highlights, and internal engagement posts under HR supervision.
  • Provide administrative support in the implementation of HR policies, events, and organizational programs.
  • Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets/Forms.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic understanding of professional content handling for HR communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
