About the Role

We are looking for a female HR Intern to join our team at our Lahore office.

This onsite internship is perfect for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in Human Resources, admissions coordination, and office management while also enjoying earning opportunities and free skill development courses.

Timings: 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Location: Divine Plaza 2, Ghazi Road (Near DEVSINC), Lahore

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle front desk duties, greet walk-in students, and guide them about admission procedures.
  • Respond to inquiries and maintain communication with students.
  • Make follow-up calls to leads from our social media ads and website.
  • Assist in HR tasks such as attendance management, basic record keeping, and coordination.
  • Support the team in managing student forms, fee details, and course information.
  • Coordinate between students and departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer and office management understanding
