Job Title: Salesforce and Zoho Developer

Location: Lahore-Bahawalpur

Job Summary

We are looking for a developer who has hands-on experience with Salesforce and Zoho CRM platforms. The role includes customizing CRM workflows, building automation, integrating third-party tools and supporting users to ensure smooth system performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customize and configure Salesforce and Zoho CRM modules
  • Develop automation through workflows, functions, triggers and approvals
  • Build and maintain integrations with other business applications
  • Create and optimize reports, dashboards and custom fields
  • Manage data migration, validation and cleanup
  • Troubleshoot and fix CRM-related technical issues
  • Support internal departments with CRM-related queries and training
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations teams to improve processes

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Zoho CRM configuration
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Process Builder, Flow and Zoho Deluge scripting
  • Understanding of REST APIs and integration tools
  • Good grip on database concepts and CRM data structures
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills

Education

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce certification (Admin or Developer)
  • Zoho CRM certification
  • Experience with other Zoho apps like Zoho Books, Zoho People or Zoho Desk

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs150,000.00 per month
