Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce development, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions within Salesforce.
  • Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and workflows.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications using APIs, REST, and SOAP.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and implement best practices for security and scalability.
  • Perform regular system upgrades and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to Salesforce applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer (2–4 years preferred).
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, etc.).
  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi, etc.) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and version control (Git).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Role Expectations

  • Able to handle 2–3 client/project meetings per day
  • Must have a camera/mic-ready setup, backup power, and stable internet for remote work
  • Should be adaptable to rapidly changing project scopes or client needs
  • Available to work during US business hours (PST/EST overlap required)

Remote (Pakistan – US hours overlap)

Type:
Full-Time / Contract

Compensation Contractors:
$3000 – $4000/Per Project/ Per Month

Prior experience in Staff Augmentation will be preferred.
