Job Title: Meta Business Suite Manager Location: Clifton, Karachi (On-site) Reports to: Digital Marketing Lead

Role Summary

The Meta Business Suite Manager will oversee and optimize all advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp via Meta Business Suite. This role requires a data-driven digital marketer who can plan, execute, and monitor paid campaigns that align with Starseed's brand identity, admissions goals, and community engagement objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Meta Business Suite, including Ads Manager, Facebook Page, Instagram Business Profile, and WhatsApp Business integrations.
  • Develop and execute targeted ad campaigns for student admissions, events, workshops, and brand awareness.
  • Create audience segments, track pixel performance, and refine targeting strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Design A/B tests for ad creatives, placements, and formats to identify best-performing content.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, performance metrics, and conversions, providing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align paid campaigns with organic content strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with Meta's advertising policies and maintain high-quality ad account health.
  • Stay updated on new features, trends, and best practices within the Meta advertising ecosystem.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns in Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign reporting and insights.
  • Familiarity with creative development for ads (basic design/video editing skills a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team.
  • Knowledge of admissions-focused campaigns or education sector marketing will be an advantage.
