Role Overview:

We are seeking a 
Digital Marketing Specialist
 with demonstrated expertise in 
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
 and a proven track record within the 
FMCG industry
. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to achieve business objectives. Experience in website development and SEO will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and optimize 
    Meta Ads campaigns
     to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Provide input on website development and SEO initiatives (if applicable).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 of experience managing 
    Meta Ads campaigns
     with measurable success in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in 
    Meta Ads Manager
     and other digital tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver ROI-driven campaigns.
  • Knowledge of website development and SEO is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
