Operations Team Leader – Repairs, Logistics

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Team Leader to oversee and manage the daily operations of our repair and customer service processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in coordinating logistics, scheduling, inventory, and quality control. This role is critical to ensuring seamless workflow, timely deliveries, and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain & Inventory Management


• Oversee procurement of parts and materials for repairs.


• Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of devices and components.


• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits.

2. Scheduling & Workflow Coordination


• Develop, manage, and monitor repair service schedules.


• Allocate resources effectively to optimize workflow and meet customer deadlines.


• Prioritize repair jobs based on urgency and client requirements.

3. Delivery & Logistics Oversight


• Coordinate with delivery teams to schedule and ensure timely pickups/drop-offs of devices.


• Monitor delivery routes to improve efficiency and minimize delays.


• Address and resolve any delivery-related issues promptly.

4. Customer Communication & Service


• Act as the primary point of contact between customers, suppliers, and delivery teams.


• Implement a structured customer update checklist for repair status.


• Ensure customers are informed at every stage of the repair process.

5. Quality Control & Assurance


• Implement and monitor quality checks for all repaired devices before dispatch.


• Ensure unresolved issues are approved by the customer before delivery.


• Track performance metrics and address quality concerns.

6. Documentation & Reporting


• Maintain accurate records of repairs, deliveries, inventory, and operational metrics.


• Prepare regular performance and expense reports for management.

7. Process Improvement


• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions.


• Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

Timing:

Monday to Saturday - 12 PM to 8 PM (8 hours with 1 hour break inclusive)

Office Location:
Shara-e-Faisal, Karachi, Pakistan

Requirements:

Education & Experience


•
O/A Levels background,
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).


• 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or service center management.


• Experience in electronics, repairs, or a similar industry is a strong plus.
