Case Manager Overview:
The Life Insurance Case Manager is responsible for overseeing the new business process from application submission through policy issue. This role serves as the primary liaison between, financial advisors/agents, insurance carriers, and internal staff to ensure timely and accurate handling of life insurance applications. The Case Manager plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional advisor experience by providing proactive communication, efficient case management, and problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring eApply.
Track all pending cases, maintaining up-to-date records in the agency management system or CRM.
Communicate regularly with insurance carriers to monitor case status and resolve outstanding requirements.
Coordinate with, advisors and underwriters to obtain necessary documents (medical records, financials, identification, etc.).
Provide proactive updates to advisors on case progress and anticipated timelines.
Escalate and troubleshoot issues with underwriters or carriers to avoid delays in policy issuance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines throughout the process.
Assist with policy delivery requirements and verify all documents are executed properly.
Maintain strong relationships with carriers, vendors, advisors, and internal team members.
Support operational efficiency by identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications
Master's degree, A MUST
2–5 years of experience in life insurance case management, underwriting support, or related field.
Strong knowledge of the USA life insurance products. Training required. We will train you.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing applications and documentation.
Proficient in CRM and agency management software; strong computer skills (MS Office Suite).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly with advisors and carriers. International English accent preferred. 2 to 3 years of working experience with an international company is required.
Customer service–oriented, with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach.
Must be able to communicate thru WhatsApp
