Jade is a technology services firm helping global clients accelerate digital transformation through managed IT services, cloud, and staff augmentation solutions. We're growing fast and looking for a motivated Junior Technical Associate to support our presales and technical operations team.

Role Overview

You'll assist our presales team in preparing proposals, technical documentation, and solution overviews for clients. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation, good communication skills, and an interest in learning how technology solutions — from IT infrastructure to surveillance systems — are designed and delivered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support presales team in preparing technical proposals, presentations, and client documentation.
  • Assist in solution design and research across multiple domains including:
  • Camera surveillance systems (CCTV/IP)
  • RFID solutions
  • Servers, switches, routers, and networking hardware
  • Operating systems (Windows/Linux)
  • Help respond to RFPs/RFQs and prepare technical and commercial documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, delivery, and engineering) to gather technical inputs.
  • Maintain and organize presales materials, case studies, and templates.
  • Participate in internal demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical discussions.
  • Update opportunity pipelines and documentation in the CRM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a technical, coordination, or presales capacity.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive learner with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
