IT Support Associate (POS & Digital Platforms)

Location: Islamabad

Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Are you an energetic and skilled IT professional ready to support cutting-edge digital platforms in a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment? We're looking for an IT Support Associate who can ensure seamless IT operations across all our restaurants — including POS (Simphony), kiosks, payment terminals, and digital ordering systems.

Role Overview:

As an IT Support Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining 24/7 operational readiness, resolving technical issues, and supporting digital ordering channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about IT service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure uninterrupted IT operations for POS (Oracle Simphony), kiosks, PSPs, KDS screens, printers, and all restaurant systems.

Manage Level 1 & Level 2 incidents and proactively resolve issues within defined SLAs.

Handle shift management and handovers to maintain round-the-clock support.

Perform hardware troubleshooting for POS terminals, kiosks, printers, scanners, routers, switches, and payment devices.

Install/configure Windows OS, system applications, and required software.

Monitor digital order flow (Kiosk, Mobile App, Aggregators, Drive-Thru) and resolve failed/stuck orders promptly.

Maintain SOPs and knowledge-base documents.

Work under ITIL/ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change & Ticket Management.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance and incident reports.

Support new store openings, rollouts, upgrades, and pilot implementations.

Provide guidance and training to new IT support team members.

Experience Required:

2–4 years in IT Support / Service Desk / Technical Support.

Experience in QSR, Retail, F&B, or Hospitality industries is highly preferred.

Hands-on experience with Oracle Simphony or any restaurant POS is a strong advantage.

Experience with SLA-based operations, incident handling, and vendor management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Strong skills in Windows OS, basic networking, system configuration, and hardware diagnostics.

Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).
