Role Overview:

We are seeking a
Talent Advocate / Technical Recruiter
to join our
US recruitment team
. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for our
US-based technology clients
. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify candidates for positions such as
Java Developer, DevOps Engineer, Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer, Project Manager, Business Analyst, .Net Developer, Database Administrator
, and other technical roles.

Eligibility:

  • Candidates with experience in
    Customer Service (CSR) roles
  • Candidates with experience in
    target-based sales / tele-sales
  • Willingness to work
    night shift hours (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for
    US-based technology roles
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle from
    job posting to offer negotiation
  • Build and maintain a strong
    candidate pipeline
    using various sourcing channels
  • Conduct
    interviews and assessments
    to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to understand role requirements
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records in the
    ATS
    and provide regular updates

Qualifications / Skills Required:

  • Prior experience as a
    Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
    preferred
  • Familiarity with
    technology recruitment
    (Java, .Net, DevOps, Full Stack, Project Management, Business Analysis) is a plus
  • Strong
    sourcing skills
    using LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels
  • Excellent
    communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven mindset
    and ability to work in
    night shift hours
