Job Opportunity – PTI / Drill Instructor

We are looking for a dynamic, disciplined, and experienced PTI / Drill Instructor to join our team at KPSI Cadet School & College System.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a PTI / Drill Instructor (military/para-military background preferred).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Physically fit, energetic, and able to maintain discipline among cadets.
  • Ability to conduct morning assemblies, drills, parades, and physical training sessions.
  • Passionate about building confidence, discipline, and fitness in students.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily PT & Drill sessions.
  • Train students for parades, physical tests, and sports activities.
  • Ensure discipline and motivation among cadets.
  • Assist in organizing sports events and competitions.
