Job Overview

Prismware Technologies is seeking a talented
UI/UX Designer
to craft engaging, intuitive interfaces for our SaaS products and IT solutions.

In addition to creating outstanding designs, you'll collaborate closely with frontend developers — including those using AI-assisted tools — to ensure that your designs are implemented accurately, maintain visual consistency, and deliver an excellent user experience across all devices.

This role is hands-on in design creation but also involves regularly reviewing live or staging builds to confirm they align with the approved vision.

Responsibilities

Design Creation

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Apply user-centered design principles to deliver intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing experiences.

Frontend Handoff & Alignment

• Collaborate with developers to communicate design requirements and interaction details clearly.
• Review implemented interfaces to ensure accuracy, consistency, and responsiveness.
• Identify and request corrections for any deviations from the approved design.
• Test UI across devices and browsers, providing visual and UX feedback.

User Experience Refinement

• Conduct or participate in usability reviews and incorporate findings into design iterations.
• Interpret analytics and user feedback to enhance existing interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience.
• 2 experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong eye for visual detail, layout precision, and interaction design.
• Working understanding of responsive design principles.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with developers.
• Ability to manage design processes from concept through to final implementation review.
