Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor, located in Islamabad. The Student Counselor will assist students in navigating their educational and career journeys by providing guidance on language test preparation, recommending suitable courses, and offering career advice. The role involves assessing students' individual needs, conducting counseling sessions, maintaining client relationships, and addressing concerns with empathetic and effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide and mentor students effectively.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport and provide exceptional support.
  • Experience in Education or related fields, with a focus on guiding students in academic or professional pathways.
  • Ability to adapt to individual student needs and provide personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • A bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
