Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Manager / Regional Sales Manager located in Sahiwal. The role involves managing sales operations within the region, developing and implementing sales strategies, and overseeing the sales team. The Zonal Manager / Regional Sales Manager is responsible for meeting sales targets, fostering client relationships, conducting market research, and reporting on sales activities. The role requires close coordination with other departments to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Sales Strategy Development, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the agriculture sector and agrochemical products
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using sales and management software
  • Willingness to travel within the designated region
