Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack

  • Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

  • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services

  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to implement features

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

  • Participate in code reviews and team meetings

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ Months of experience with the MERN stack
  • Experience with and state management tools (Redux, Context API
  • Familiarity with MongoDB and database design
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
  • Experience with Git and version control systems
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with or TypeScript

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Heroku)

  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha)

  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
