Job Title: MERN Stack Developer (Night Shift)

Location: Karachi (On-site)

Shift Timings: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Monday to Saturday)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer with 3–4 years of professional experience in building robust, scalable, and efficient web applications. The ideal candidate will be an expert in MongoDB, , , and , with the ability to deliver high-performance solutions that enhance user experience and drive technological innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
  • Implement and maintain database schemas in MongoDB.
  • Create and integrate RESTful APIs.
  • Perform code reviews, debug applications, and provide technical guidance.
  • Stay updated with emerging web technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of professional MERN stack development experience.
  • Expert-level knowledge in MongoDB, , , and
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design and state management (Redux, MobX).
  • Proficiency in responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Hands-on experience with Git and agile development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving technologies and project requirements.
