Key Responsibilities

A. Raw Material & Sorting Management

  1. Raw Material Receiving:

  2. Supervise unloading of plastic scrap (local/imported).

  3. Enforce SOPs: checklist completion, picture evidence, tagging by date/quality.

  4. Stack raw materials in the correct zone with identification labels.

  5. Issuance to Sorting Department:

  6. Issue materials for sorting based on daily requirements.

  7. Coordinate separation of materials by color, grade, and quality.

  8. Ensure proper distinction of usable vs. waste material.

  9. Receiving from Sorting Department:

  10. Receive sorted material daily or next morning.

  11. Match issued vs. received quantity and document properly.

  12. Monitor and control waste percentage. Prevent misclassification of good material as waste.

  13. Sorted Material Management:

  14. Stack sorted material in designated areas by weight, color, and category.

  15. Maintain systematic records of sorted material by batch and date.

  16. Issue sorted material to production as per daily production requirements.

  17. Baling Operations:

  18. Ensure baling of all waste material is done efficiently.

  19. No loose/unpressed material should remain at day end.

  20. Tag bales properly and maintain baling weight records.

B. Finished Goods Management

  1. Receiving Finished Goods:

  2. Collect finished granules from production in jumbo bags.

  3. Receive associated waste from production.

  4. Document all quantities received accurately.

  5. Yield Monitoring & Reporting:

  6. Compare issued sorted material vs. granules produced.

  7. Calculate daily yield percentage and highlight gaps if any.

  8. Report to management on performance and waste trends.

  9. Finished Goods Storage:

  10. Stack finished products in labeled and defined areas.

  11. Ensure clear zone definitions with signage and categorization.

C. Dispatch & Inventory Control

  1. Dispatch Management:

  2. Coordinate with Sales/Marketing for dispatch instructions.

  3. Ensure proper packing, labeling, and documentation of dispatch items.

  4. Stock Closings & Record Keeping:

  5. Weekly and monthly stock closing of raw, sorted, finished, and waste.

  6. Maintain accurate inventory logs and physical stock matching.

  7. Documentation & Compliance:

  8. Ensure all material movement is supported by paperwork.

  9. Maintain digital/manual logs. Support ISO, GRS, and internal audits.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Warehouse supervision and inventory control

  • Plastic recycling process understanding

  • Strong reporting and documentation discipline

  • Team handling and coordination with production/sales

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain - 4–6 years in warehouse management (preferably in recycling/plastics)
