Position Overview:

We are looking for a Junior E-Commerce Developer who has a basic understanding of Shopify and WordPress and is eager to grow their skills in e-commerce website development. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about online stores, and willing to learn new tools and technologies under the guidance of our experienced development team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in building, customizing, and maintaining e-commerce websites on Shopify and WordPress (WooCommerce).

Upload and manage products, collections, pages, and basic content updates.

Implement minor theme customizations using HTML, CSS, and Liquid (Shopify).

Support website integrations such as payment gateways, third-party apps, and plugins.

Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.

Collaborate with designers, marketers, and senior developers to deliver high-quality projects.

Perform regular website updates, backups, and basic troubleshooting.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of Shopify and WordPress/WooCommerce.

Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (bonus points for Liquid or PHP knowledge).

Familiarity with website structure, plugins, and basic SEO principles.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow development guidelines.

Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced digital agency environment.

Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice-to-Have (Not Required):

Experience with Shopify theme customization.

Knowledge of version control (Git) or basic UI/UX principles.

Prior experience with e-commerce store launches or maintenance.
